If your ticket is eligible for an upgrade, we will invite you via email 14 days before your departure to make us an offer. Alternatively, you may make your offer through this page as from the next day of purchase of your ticket and until 2 days(48 hours) before your departure.

State the price that you are willing to pay for an upgrade for each flight in your itinerary, in addition to the price of your ticket, and provide a valid debit or credit card which will be charged only if your offer is accepted.

If your offer is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email no later than 2 days before departure.
